We provide a full 12 month guarantee on all our work and you will receive this, along with our terms and conditions with your invoice.  

All materials and products are covered by full manufacturers' warranties but on the rare occasion that you are not satisfied, we will raise your concerns with manufacturers and wherever possible, come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Worcester boiler installations include a 5 year guarantee as a result of a new partnership between Duncan Plumbing and Worcester Bosch 7 (in Europe).
